I bought a refrigerator KS 9770 a little over a year ago. Pretty soon I had to de-ice the freezer. Sometimes the doors do not close unless you really press them. After about 9 months the back of the fridge was covered in ice after one night, and also all my vegetables in the veggie drawers were frozen. Whilst the fridge was on level 3 only! I contacted the dutch representatives over mail, because a phone number was nowhere to be found. All I got was a confirmation of receipt of the e-mail. That contained a phone number so I had to call to inform about my fridge that I did not trust with veggies anymore. The guy told me I was top priority in Germany, where he send my complaint to. But after this I never heard from Severin again. I am so disappointed in this fridge and the service that I feel I should warn potential buyers. Do not buy Severin, if there’s a problem they will leave you standing in the cold. Literally in my case.

Ja dat is wel een hele goede zaak om te kopen en dan nog een fijne service om te kopen.
Probleem is dat ik met een incompleet melkopschuimer zit, nieuw uit de doos, zonder bijbehorende wieltjes die nodig zijn voor het opschuimen. Net gebeld met dit bedrijf. Kreeg een erg onvriendelijke meneer aan de lijn die mij kortaf ter woord stond. Nadat ik al gevraagd had of er een reden was voor deze onvriendelijkheid kreeg ik een nog meer geïrriteerde reactie. Ik heb de telefoon opgehangen. Doe wat aan jullie klant vriendelijkheid.
