....really bad and sad service... We rented 7 bikes for a few days. The bikes had not enough air on their tyres. A problem which we could resolve quickly while visiting \Rent a scooter again\..... at night we noticed that at least 5 bikes had no front light and 3 no backlight. We were riding in the darf pretty dangerous. Next time we came 3 times to pick up the promised batteries: no batteries available. At the second day while riding the saddle of one bike broke.... So we went again to the station to fix it. Again very dangerous. At the third day the mudguard of my bike broke so I had to bend it a bit away from the tyre to cycle on. There was no accident, no dammage at the tyre..... The end of the story is that they kept a part of our deposit. It made me really angry because the quality of the bikes is really bad and it was not our mistake or an accident. NO SERVICE, NEVER AGAIN

My boyfriend and I were traveling in bergens-Alkmaar area and figured renting a scooter was the best way to commute in this area. Sadly we never got the names of the owners, but it was definetly the best customer service we've ever gotten. We had planned on renting it for the day , and the next day when we were supposed to return it she decided to close up early and let us keep the scooter for another night; free of charge. When the morning came to return it , we were heading out to leave with the bikes that she let us leave there but we had forgotten the keys to the lock for the bike and she helped us look for taxis and just about anything to make sure we didn't walk an hour and a half with a locked wheel. She was nice enough to call her husband and her husband took us home. Overall that was my experience, and I will never forget that gesture!
