Arrived on time for the inspection and quote. Installers arrived on time for the install and were quick, professional and friendly. The install was cleanly done and the outdoor cable race appears to be RVS or aluminium, rather than cheap plastic. Upon performing our first charge, the charger went into a Fault condition and shut down. After a reboot the problem happened again, immediately. I contacted the Laadpaalshop via email on a Sunday and they were out the following day to investigate. We was told that the installers would be out 'possibly today, but surely tomorrow'. They arrived around 18.15 that evening with a new charger and now all seems well. Not the shop's fault - no product is perfect. But, the shop's service was spot on!

Leverde en installeerde een Zappi lader. Van de 4 offertes de voordeligste en de enige die in de offerte rekening hield met het al aanwezige krachtstroompunt bij de garage. Gingen pas weg nadat alles goed was ingesteld (dat is bij een Zappi vanwege de uitgebreide mogelijkheden wat uitdagender dan bij andere laders)
Goede en duidelijke afspraken en ook de installatie partner was meer dan prima. Alles netjes opgeleverd en werkt.
