I write it in English so the expats also could understand. Today my daughter had a very bad experience in Optisport Almere Poort. Her swimteacher’s name is Wim. He behaved very rude without elementary etiquettes as an adult... He is not greeting the parents. I always smile and greet him with hallo.Of course my daughter too. But he is just saying hi without looking us in the eyes.. very non social attitude. Today he pulled my girl on her swimsuit instead saying come. And it’s a clear rule for keeping a 1,5m distance due to COVID-19 measurements!!!! ...??? After the lesson she shared how this teacher threw her classmates shoe in the bin. Very bad experience. That was a sad memory for today’s 10th Anniversary of my daughter. I just wanted to share with you my experience and maybe if there are other parents with the same or similar experience let’s share and support each other! I can not accept this behavior with children!!!! My girl was so confused asking me to teach her how to react in situations like today’s instead of staying still . She said - “Mom, teach me how to be tough, please! I do no like the way this teacher behaves. My teacher at school is very good. You are very patience and good at the dance class. Why he is so rood and angry with the kids?” We played some role games and that helped a lot to bring her positive mood. But it is not fair to accept what happened. We have a voice. This teacher should take responsibility and the management also! I made a contact with the management but didn’t received a support.
