I visited this pharmacy on 30th Dec with allergic contact dermatitis. I don't speak Dutch well, so my partner translated. The lady dealing with us could not have cared less. She didn't ask to see the allergic skin reaction. She then offered me a homeopathic/herbal cream. When I declined that, she dug out baby cream (Bepanthen). I said that I might as well just put some Nivea on the rash, and she said I should not (suddenly speaking English!) - when I asked why, she said that there was \stuff\ in Nivea that could cause an allergy. Which of course I already had. Very disappointed by the lack of interest and professionalism, and flogging homeopathic \medicine\ as the default.

Ik was door ziekte vergeten bij mijn huisarts een herhaalrecept te vragen voor mijn longmedicatie. Op zaterdagochtend gebeld met deze apotheek om het probleem voor te leggen; ik kon de medicatie gelijk op komen halen. Vriendelijk, adequaat en supersnel geholpen !! Mijn dank is groot !

De \spoed apotheek\ is nachts gesloten. Naar de andere kant van Amsterdam (Lucas ziekenhuis) voor antibiotica! Het is ongehoord. Van Amstelveen nachts naar Amsterdam, niet 1 apotheek in Amstelveen heeft nachtdienst.
