Great selection. Really friendly and helpful staff. I find the self service machines really a great help when I'm a hurry. I can just pick my sleeves and the machine dies the rest. Really cool!

Nice coffee, very kind staff with good knowledge about their coffees, also very easy self service, however the shop is currently closed as of lockdown in the Netherlands, only pick up is available
Staff are so ludicrously friendly, smothering each customer with insincere adulation. Good gedaan meneer She said to me today, when I managed to connect my members card with the payment machine. If I ever read of a customer in a nespresso store losing it completely and attacking staff with a stick of coffee capsules I will totally understand.

Been to this Nespresso boutique on multiple occasions and have always left with a positive experience. I visited the boutique post purchasing my Nespresso machine (online). I was looking at the new coffee capsules available and was assisted by a very friendly employee. He looked me up in the system, asked me how I liked my machine and if I was satisfied with the purchase and also said I was more than welcome back incase I needed help or advice. He also explained some stuff and gave me extra information that I was unaware of. At my last visit I was looking to try something different and again was met by a recently hired employee who was super eager to help me and share as much knowledge as he could. He also invited me back if I was in the neighborhood and wanted to know and try finding my next favorite. As he was recently hired, he did not know everything but he made sure to consult other colleagues and ensure I get all the information I needed. I left with a lot of information and a potential new favorite.
