Very disappointed after bringing my car that had engine and gear box problems and transmission issues. After it came back from. Their bodyshop repair agency. My car had no issue, and was released just 4 month after the required safety check. , and I received a car in a bad really condition. What I think is pure evil, that a professional garage is not able to discover all the mentioned issues. And release the car and put my safety in danger. After consulting with a professional car repair garage. They where stunned about all the issue a dealer garage wasn't able to discover. They lost me as a client..... Maybe they prefer the filthy rich above the average driver. NEVER AGAIN

Quite difficult to reach them over the phone.
Location is easy to find, parking on premise. Most importantly the staff is very friendly, know their stuff and stick to agreements. Unlike the Amsterdam location this is a place that really is customer focused and friendly. For sure the best Stern location (staff/people) in the Amsterdam area.
Such a cold vibe at this place. Gave them many opportunities but unfortunately not the expected results as you expect from a Mercedes Benz dealer! I won’t be back again. After 3 years they stil got my name wrong in their system. Damage repair had to take 1 week but instead I waited 4 weeks. They said gone call you back, forgot and never did. Etc.
