We had a great menu at the A-fusion with a group of friends yesterday. We reserved through the restaurantweek / Diningcity and came for lunch. It should be mentioned that we were all slightly hungover. The restaurantweek lunch menu doesn’t come in 3, but many smaller different snack courses from all different Asian cuisines, e.g. Gyoza, Sushi, Beefsaté but also Vietnamese and Korean snacks. Everything super fresh! The drinks and Dessert selection is interesting and also including all these different influences. Splitting up the menu in multiple little courses made it super relaxed, but sometimes there was a bit of waiting in between. The staff gave us water and lemon and was funny. The atmosphere is very vibrant and cozy. Facilities were clean and tidy so was the restaurant itself. Definitely coming back, thanks!

What a wonderful find! A-Fusion is a true gem in one of the most touristic areas in Amsterdam. Nicely decorated interior, very friendly, fast and attentive service and amazing Asian fusion food. They have Asian tasting menu for only 35 eur per person, but we upgraded it to the deluxe version for only 10 eur pp extra. It's totally worth it, you get extra sushi and additional courses. For the price we have tried 11 different meals, which is amazing value for money! On top of that we also tried Mochi, which was delicious. I totally understand why this place is awarded Bib Gourmand ( good quality menu for modest price) by the Michelin guide!
Incredibile experience! I visited this place with my girlfriend for the restaurant week and we had a great dinner, with excellent food and optimal service. I have many allergies and they adapted extremely well, making me feel treated and cared. I definitely recommend this place and I will be back for sure.
Really enjoyed this experience. The food was delicious with good portions at a fair price. The service was very good, prompt, and kept us happy. We tried the sampler and cannot recommend it high enough. They were even able to accommodate my egg, dairy, and gluten allergies with no issues. We also ate a lot of the sushi and found it to be very good quality and really worth it. I don't know if I will be lucky enough to come back to Amsterdam but if I am, I will come back here.
Great staff, great food. The service is always wonderful and the way this restaurant does Asian fusion is on point. The sushi is amazing but they also do a great curry (also vegetarian!) or udon. Do not skip the veggie dumplings because in my opinion, it is one of the tastiest things on the menu! Would recommend 9/10!
