Once I visited this bike store to repair my tire. Today had a pleasure to come back and to fix other issues with my bike. Fantastic service I highly recommend to all of you guys who have bike issues. I am surprised by previous comments, but I found the staff helpful and friendly. Clean shop, good prices.

The service was great. The Spanish guy who worked there was really friendly and professional! He fixed my bike well for a really reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
The man who worked there was very rude. When we asked to get one of the bikes with lower handle bars, he yelled at us that they were the same size (one bikes handle bars was objectively higher - which was clear because they were sitting next to each other). When I disagreed and pointed out the difference, he snatched the bike back and all but threw the other bike at us, and said “here, now go” then came and shut the door (which had been wide open) behind us. Making it clear we were not welcome back in. I’ve had poor customer service, but it was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time, maybe ever. Also, the bikes were okay, but not great. The breaks were really bad.
The employee at the store was extremely friendly and both made good conversation and got us set up quickly. He even recommended a couple of spots in the city for us to check out. The bikes were high quality and very comfortable. He gave us good advice about locking them and getting around as well. One of my tires popped later unfortunately, however he quickly replaced my bike for free. All in all, there are a lot of options for bike rentals in Amsterdam, and my girlfriend and I were happy we picked this one.
The staff was extremely rude. DO NOT EVER RENT A BIKE THERE. Did not even try to speak English. The man working there clearly hated his job and literally insulted us, although we were just asking if we could rent bikes. He was also starring at me and my friends (young women) with a very mean look in his eyes. We felt very unsafe with him. Also, he looked like he was on drugs. We ended up going somewhere else because this place is just not the right place to go to. I literally thought that he was going to hit us. Do not go there.
