Honestly a horrifying experience every time. It’s filthy. They don’t wash their hands, use gloves, or disinfect they draw site before taking blood — some really basic protocols. I’ve taken to bringing my own alcohol wipes or hand sanitizer to clean the area ahead of time. It also doesn’t matter if you make an appointment or take a number when you arrive — it *will* be a long wait and it *will* be chaotic. If my medical providers didn’t contract with Atalmedial, I would never use them.

Long wait, even when making an appointment during covid time, confusion for people when they arrive as there's no reception, just folk crammed in a small space (already about 15 people waiting when I arrived in the morning) . No information at hand. The place is just a mess, looks tired and dirty. Nurse I saw was ok eventually, no gloves, nor masks etc.

Place is falling apart. There were leaks coming down the ceilings in two rooms. I asked what was going on and the man replied “oh someone is taking a shower upstairs”. So strange. The man who took my blood was wearing plain clothes, no mask, no gloves and he stank of cigarette smoke (not great when you are going for blood tests during pregnancy). He didn’t follow any basic hygiene or safest protocols like disinfecting. He was a very sweet man but not professional at all.

Huge waiting time, unbelievable. Experienced it 2 times, so it's not just one off. They should look at their capacity
