Very good place for a breakfast and/or a meeting (flip charts are provided). The breakfast was simply delicious: apart from a normal Dutch version with a croissant, bread, ham, cheese and jam there are also some specialities, for example a bread with ham, lettuce, tomatoes, pine nuts and some kind of pesto. Apparently you can also rent rooms in this place.

Breakfast are delicious here at Bij Paul. The apple pie is to die for. The hosts are really nice, the location is great, price is standard. Such a nice and cozy place!!
Every time I go there I expect the breakfast of my dreams... and they never disappoint! Add to that the super-niceness of the staff, the authentic & quiet atmosphere: and you got yourself a place you’ll just want to go back to every time you’ll be travelling to Amsterdam! ️ As an extra: they speak very good French & English
This little shop is adorable. The staff is friendly. The tea I had was perfect even though most coffee shops brew it too hot making it bitter. The breakfast I ordered was simple but perfect. In all my travels it may have been one of the best I've had.
Wonderful homely place for breakfast and lunch. We were lucky to find Bij Paul a minutes walk from our hotel. The interior and owners are very welcoming and it really does feel like being in someone's home. We ordered the scrambles eggs with cheese and ham plus the apple pie. The eggs were very and quite a generous portion. The apple pie was some of the best I've had and, I think, home made. To top it all off we had the company of the lovely resident cat who say on my lap while we ate. Highly recommended.
