I'm from the American South and the menu was authentic and such a nice taste of home. I'm vegetarian so I got a vega BBQ sandwich that had crispy tofu. There's real southern hospitality in this place. It is well worth the 1 hour train to come back soon.
Proper f*ing biscuits. I’ve had them verified by a 100% real Texan. Chicken was crispy and the biscuits nice and fluffy! Get the mac and cheese while you’re at it’s, you won’t regret it.
Not that good. Based on the fact they advertise real southern fried chicken and sides. I've had better in a dinner The Spoon, off the i65 in the worst place to eat I the area. But still has better food.
SO delicious! If you are from the south and need a taste of home, you definitely need to go. The sweet tea is amazing.

This food brought me back home - quality southern comfort food! Devine fried chicken, delicious biscuits, absolutely fantastic peaches and cream pie.... loved the sweet tea also. I’m in a very satisfied food coma right now. Can wait to try more items off the menu next week!
