Great Michelin-starred restaurant in a beautiful setting by one of the canals in a five-star hotel. Large menu with a great deal of variety. Very friendly, attentive service.

I sat at the.chefs table and it was a fun to was watch everyone make each plate a work of art. The service was very attentive without being overbearing. Each dish from the chefs menu was an adventure of culinarily delight. The best was too describe the dinner is that with each bite was a surprise. It was like an explosion in my mouth with flavor and spices. I have been to several fine dining establishments in the world. I believe Bridges should be on the “Worlds Top 50” list. Believe me, one of the top 50 I tried a few months ago tasted like weeds and dirt. I also went to Bridges for their breakfast buffet. The food and service was excellent.

The food is quite amazing. Food is nicely made and seasoned. The dessert made with dill is definitely the highlight of the meal, it is refreshing and has a nice depth of flavor. One of the best dessert I had in michelin star restaurants. Overall very good experience, would recommend and visit again.

one of the top five restaurants for me in Amsterdam. Delicious dishes that were perfectly prepared. And the service is warm and friendly. Tough to fault this place really... an effortless five star. Go for the tasting menu. All in all a wonderful experience and I will recommend it to anyone. And if I am ever in the city again, I will definitely pop by for another meal.

We took a drink in the well arranged garden. Later we change to the restaurant for the chef's menu. Well the beginning was very nice. But the main course disappointed with meat that was hard to define. Some waiters were very well trained and careful, while others seemed to be doing everything wrong. But overall a wonderful experience.
