The place is clean and nice. I wanna talk about the staff. These lovely two ladies working in the evening, which is when i usually go. Always with a smile, so attentive and polite. They seem to love what they do, plus they speak English, which i really appreciate. If you have to wait for self washing/drying , they ll make you feel like home. I wish all the professionals were like that.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years, and almost always have a good experience - bit expensive but does the job. I always only take the dry service as my apartment does not have a dryer. However last week I was served by a man, who decided to weigh my WET clothes and charge me 8 euros to dry my clothes in 1 machine. I have no idea why he was weighing wet clothes, obviously it would be heavy, and has nothing to do with the price. I told him I always pay 5-6 euros for my dry cycle and he said no its a bigger load (I do my laundry every week its exactly the same as always). After that he kept trying to convince me to dry my clothes on a high temp - since I had jeans in there I wanted as low temp as possible. At the end my clothes were shrunk. I am so upset. I’m avoiding coming back here if I see him again.
