I do NOT recommend this company. Horrific customer service and attitude to me as a perfectly polite and reasonable customer. Having been a customer and used the service , I called to change a booking (which is allowed), and they almost told me off. then had a problem with the car when I arrived. On calling customer service, rather than being polite the said they didn't want me to be a customer ?! Having return the car in the perfect condition they then cancelled my account and haven't responded to my polite emails to customer service. Terrible attitude and experience all in all.

Great experience every time. Nice cars (modern enough with bluetooth etc.) and friendly staff on the phone with no long wait queues and easy mobile or browser access to bookings etc.

Op eerste Paasdag heb ik twee keer voor een paar uur een auto gebruikt. In het totaal 7,5 uur. Vervolgens kreeg ik een factuur van 167,-. Dat is toch volkomen absurd? Ik ben een groot voorstander van de deeleconomie, maar dit is een misselijke manier van geldklopperij. Daarbij was de auto vreselijk smerig, was de ruitenwisservloeistof op en had de organisatie geen enkele moeite gedaan om in deze tijd van corona iets aan hygiëne te toen. Al was het maar desinfecterende doekjes. Ik heb alles met mijn eigen doekjes moeten schoonpoetsen. Gatverdamme!

Net lid geworden en rit van onder de 60 km gereden maar het bedrijf rekent 97 km. Ik zou 65 hebben gereden en afronding naar 97 is correct. slechte service en incorrect.

Een van de verschillende deelauto aanbieders van de KAV groep. Ik zie de smarts niet veel gebruikt worden en de Zafira's al helemaal niet. Prijsopbouw is niet al te helder, wat vergelijken lastig maakt. Waarom ze niet de verschillende entiteiten samenvoegen is voor mij een raadsel. Ik had graag een transparante en een sterke aanbieder van deelmobiliteit gezien.
