We enjoyed the Sunday lunch. Great variety of delicous dishes prepared by the cook, Pablo. He even took the time to explain some of the dishes. Compliments from Lisa and Patricia

Very nice day spa! Went there on a Saturday and wasn't as crowded as I expected. The facilities are well kept and clean. Also visited the gym which is small and basic, but also clean and gets the job done. Only downside is the lack of seating space at the locker room and no private showers. Other than that, great place. Will be back for sure!

Arrival at 21.00, Have you made a reservation? No. Is it busy? No but normally you have to make a reservation but for now it’s ok. Finally inside: really beautiful place, but guests are screaming, take pictures and videos with their mobile phones, strange thing was floating in the swimming pool (with a needle). Not a place to relax. They are open until 23.00 but at 22.45 they start cleaning the pool, so it’s not possible to swim anymore. They promised to have a cup of tea afterwards but the employees where already gone t 23.00. When I went outside, lots of guests are smoking, a bad smell and no fresh air. This place is a no go area for people who are looking for a clean, relaxing place with a good service. Solution: Hire employees with a high service level who take care for your guests and offer your guests a great experience. Let guests behave like a guest and be quit in the spa, so we get what we pay for. Take care and good luck.

Absolutely horrible place with the worst service. I was making renovations at home and needed a place to stay for one night. As I’m familiar with the SPA at Corendon I reserved a room quickly on my phone and took a taxi to the hotel. 20 minutes later I showed up and I had accidentally put in a room for the upcoming Sunday instead of the current one. The staff refused to help me, said they could not cancel my room or change it so I had to book a new room for double the rate and they still resides to cancel the room for next week (which I will never use). Honestly the greediest behavior I’ve ever experienced. Beware! Also the room was not clean and the shower gel empty. I was so upset by the whole thing that I left 170 euros poorer and stayed at a friends place. Watch out!

Very friendly staff. We went there for the "high tea"; from our point of view a ridiculous desciption! The real offer has nothing to do with high class; just a middle class brunch with middle class food. The pictures differ hard to reality. Much too far away from the centre of Amsterdam.

It was enjoyable but quite snall. The pool was tiny. The hamam area was cold. Disturbing that some people were very loud (tourist? Locals?) When going to the restaurant the wait for our food was about an hour and I had to send my order back since they got it wrong. I will not return here.

Place going downhill. 3 weeks in a row no shower gel at the showers. Also took them 3 weeks to get new bracelets to get to use the lockers. In no way a luxurious facility.
