Decathlon @ Biljmer Arena is spacious and very friendly staff. Sometimes the visits are just to get inspired on any sport. Very good collection for almost all sporting and outdoor goods.

One of the best place to find all your needs in one place. Cost effective and best products with lot of varieties to offer. Highly recommended . I bought so many items including sports wear, tennis rackets, bikes, shoes etc..

I have been supporting decathlon for years now. But they make it more and more difficult during this covid period to be loyal. Today I was refused entrance with my scarf face mask cause it seemed not good enough. I have my reasons to use what I use and this behaviour was not pleasant at all. No more will I support the stores until they change politics. Ps: Thank you for your replay! Unfortunately there is no other way to add a point you seemed to have missed so I edit here my answer. The scarf I was using is a face mask with filter and as good as any disposable one. I wasn't asked or given any chance to explain what and why. I have medical reasons to use what I use. But I get it general lines take tend to not accept exeptions.

The store got huge collection but due to this pandemic time so many items are missing. I am regular customer of Decathlon Arena for so many months. Purchased my bike,boxing accessories, winter jackets shoes and what not,but this time I had very very BAD experience.they refused to take back my track suit saying its dirty and used which is not true.The lady in the service counter was very very rude to me and I had to call the duty manager but he too didn't pay much attention and refused to take it back , I was even ready to purchase some other track suit of higher price. I would never prefer to visit the store again due to the misbehavior of the lady in the service counter and the duty manager. Wish I could give negative ratings for customer service. I visited the store (29th September 2020) at around 6pm. Attaching the photos of the item for everyones reference. Hope management take due cognizance. Thanks
