It seems impossible to contact the service desk, whenever I call I hear \all our employees are currently not available\, when I do try calling at various times during the day! Client service is not at its best, for sure.

- Worthless and unavailable customer service. - They will communicate different dates and close positions when this is not (yet) necessary. - they claim to be cheap but the actual fees are way higher when trading. - they are a real broker, you will not gain money but go broke because of them. - out of the blue they will decide that certain stocks cannot be traded anymore, for no reason. Despite the fact that you bought those stocks earlier. - communication (only by mail) is misleading and unfair. - think twice before becoming a customer.

Arrogant, due to Covid , there is no clant service , no telephone , no eamil response, horrible company , they just let you waiting for more than 15 days for a email , horrible company !

Fine service if you do “some” trades. But if you are a daytrader look elsewhere! They are too slow, it happens too often that the service is not available or just really slow. It has also happend a couple of times when I try to add or extract some funds and it takes a day instead of directly....

Doesn't allow you to limit sell at your price. If they lose money they start restricting functions to protect themselves. Reported to the Market Authority
