I had an amazing experience at Katakura, I attended the beginner course 1&2 and after 4 weeks I can already understand a lot more than before and even make full sentences. It's an excellent class that comes at a very good price, if you are able to do the homework and study a bit on your own you can really improve a lot after a very short time.

It was a fun experience to join dutch speaking classes in Katakura. Nice small group with very reasonable course fee. They have their own study material which is good... Completed beginners course and I'll join for the intermediate in the near future for sure.Very satisfied :) P.S. Simone is a very good teacher I must say !!

I guess 7 months later they still don't know how to reply to emails. I enrolled online, called they said I wasn't enrolled. I enrol again and they tell me that they have one spot left and could have it and details would get emailed to me for payment and confirmation. I never get it, for a week I call and email daily and no answer. A day before the course they email me saying its full now and to sign up for a different one. They don't email, they don't pick up the phone, overall really bad customer care and service.

For the price, I was hoping to retain more of the language but two weeks later couldnt remember anything. The classes consistedof just very slowly going over the *BOOK* , just the book, dont think the pace was always adequate.
