I'm grateful to be part of this 8-week Mindful Based Stress Reduction Course guided by Marjorie. This course helped me to go beyond thinking by having the awareness to fully live in the present moment by embracing what is here now. The beauty of non-doing and simply be the being we are brings so much clarity and balance. Self-compassion meditation brings so much healing and power. Wether you already have a daily mediation practice or you have no clue how to start, Marjorie is the perfect person to awaken all your senses again and make you realize that your life is beautiful and that accepting the challenging aspects is also part of life. She has this natural calmness and warm heart that makes you feel safe within minutes. 8 weeks was for me the perfect timing to digest the information and practice at home as well. I discovered diverse meditation techniques of various length that can definitely benefit everyone uniqueness. But I also discovered other tips outside of meditation to become more mindful in everyday life. Stress is on the background for all of us nowadays, so I can really recommend to start this class for yourself before the vase is too full....!
