Very disappointing and arrogant service regarding a jewelry repair. I went to get my gold necklace chain repaired and the guy really didn’t do a good job, leaving the chain altered. It ended up breaking 2 weeks after (under no pressure) and thankfully I didn’t lose it when it happened. I contacted the shop by phone and they agreed on me sending pictures, after which they replied by email I had to go to the shop, only to be told there that they don’t do any refund (it’s not ‘their policy’), and the guy telling me my chain is too weak to be repaired. But then he proceeded to offer a free repair, what a contradicting advice! I would definitely not recommend, customer service was very arrogant.

Brilliant shop! Great service! Nice jewelry and good prices and me myself love to negotiate ;-) Whenever some of my golden jewelry brakes I sell it to them an buy something new! The silver jewelry is also really nice and not the 15 in a dozen you can find in any ordinary shop.

I always come here to buy presents they have the best prices in Amsterdam & great quality! The guy that works here normally is always very helpful and happy/energetic. Although the last time there was a new worker a bald man he looked kind of mad for some reason.(maybe a bad day?) I still recommend coming here because i like the stuff and normally there is always a great vibe. \u003c3 keep up the good work

Apparently hes a jeweler but doesn't have the equipment to tell a ring size.... We walked into next jewelers took 10 seconds we are now looking there for a ring much better 200 yards down the road .
