Bought some yarn as a present for my grandma but unfortunately she passed away before I was able to give it to her (5 days) after I bought the present. Went back and asked for money back and the owners reason to not redound me was that she said if we give you the money back you(and others) could have bought yarn from amazon and switch it out. The yarn was in a package that was not opened. Terrible service.

Amazing shop with very reasonable prices....i bought some lovely Lana Grossa yarn. The owner was so friendly and not at all pushy. I would go back if I were in Amsterdam....much better than the shop Stephen & Penelope.
