Someone is cheating on the name of this store. Beware of wholesale cosmetics scams. Please don't send him your money without any evidence. He is fraud with high possibility

I have bought my hair products at this store for quite a few years on a regular basis. Recently I accidentally bought the wrong product of a brand that I buy on a regular basis. I did not discover it until a week later. I ask if I could exchange the untouched product for the one I initially thought I was buying in the first place. They were not willing to exchange. Even though the Netherlands has a exchange policy for 14 days in law for any retail store. I find their decision extremely bad on handling a frequent customer. And I feel it is rather petty as reflects how business savvy they truly are. I therefore will never shop at their store again.
