Training both mind and body, the IWKA is a great kung fu club for my son, high energy, high focus, high respect. They train, they don't fight, they prepare to use the mind to control the body. My son has been going since he was 4 and loves it! Yes it's expensive, but they train twice a week and it's value for money

An inner adventure I can't get enough of! IWKA delivers quality lessons in an amazing atmosphere.

I had the best of intentions and expectation for these classes, until I felt very disrespected after the 'business talk' personal interview. It was like a clean modern version of those encyclopedia sellers. There is an attempt to put pressure on you so you make the financial deal at the spot after the bs marketing talk, not giving you the legitimate opportunity to go home, talk to your partner and make a decision. The interviewer judged my will to decide a bit later as lack of interest. It's a shame- I really wanted to train. The profit and business model took over the art here, unfortunately. Hope this doesn't happen to other people. :-(

I agree with the previous review from David Limaverde, as I had the same experience. Even more heartbreaking because it was my little son who went to 2 trial lessons and got really interested, which usually is not easy to get him so interested. He is been talking only about kung fu for couple of days. But during the business talk we heard the price which is indeed unpayable. I have no heart to tell him that he can't train there, that he will never get even his white belt there, which he was so expecting, because he was supposed to get it once \he is in\. Very sad, sad experience.

If you truly want to understand the complete picture that is Wing Chun, movements alone are not enough. A lot of schools may offer a glimpse, basic dynamics and principles but will most often leave you with an empty dance. Individual moves without cohesion. Choreography without substance. At the IWKA slow is fast. You are not taking lessons but starting a wider journey of growth. My social network has broadend, my health improved. A better all around state of mind and I am enjoying the learning experience. Chosing from 6 Wing Chun classes a week, 2 Taiji classes per week and a Fighter Fit session per week, gives me so much options, I always find enough moments to train.
