Ordered a medium rare and got medium almost done. Asked waiter ift That was medium rare( not that I dont know what it is), he just lief to my face yes it is instead of apologizing and offer new one. The restaurant was not busy at all, has 5 guests max at the time. I am not please with food nor service paying premium to be treated that way. This is a restaurant at 5 starhotel, not a tourist trap dining.

Best dinner ever in Amsterdam! 5 stars to this beautiful venue, cozy and very nice decorated 5 stars to the food. Everything was gorgeous. Stunning starters, one of the best cuts of meat I have ever had, delicious side dishes (try the mac&cheese and the spinaches), wonderful desserts, super tasty cocktails and finally super nice wines. The service is also incredible. Everyone of the staff is super friendly, professional and very well prepared. I would like thank all of them Kelly, Sayat, Sherif, Marc and the chefs Miguel and Laura. A special thank also to Rodrigo, the best host I could have ever had at Midtown grill! Last very important note for the excellent approach to the covid-19 safety measures. I appreciated that everyone of the staff is wearing the mask and is extremely careful. As I said at the beginning, this was my best dinner in Amsterdam
Very nice restaurant in central Amsterdam with a good choice of seafood and steaks. The service was great - even though we were a group of 10, they served with no mistake. Food was excellent. They let you fill in post cards at the end of the dinner which they post for you. Desert was nice as well.
Nice environment and service, close to city center, Vondelpark and Rijksmuseum. Salad is fresh and the recommended “big potato” is surprising. We would visit again! Thanks to Gino and Chef Laura! (Video cannot be posted here so i post on your restaurant page)
Absolutely fantastic service from the staffs. Really kind and friendly. We visited for the breakfast while staying at the hotel and we really appreciated every morning! Chef seem to be really professional as well. May take extra minutes but the results are really great. If you are staying in the hotel, I recommend the breakfast!
