Very poor service and bad experience overall. I had my stuff stored in their units and the building was supposed to be air conditioned. There were some hot days in April and some of the items I kept were damaged beyond repair: clothes, food and wine. I had to tune my music instrument again because of that. To my dismay after I lodged a complaint I was told that the standard insurance didn’t cover the damage, didn’t offer any compensation and didn’t apologise.

Great storage units, that are easily accessible after office hours. This location is also very easy to reach, since it’s right next to the A10. Very friendly staff also. Does feel a bit like The Shining, when you are alone.
I confused the cubic and square meters when booked a slot but team helped out very quickly. Very technological, accessible anytime, clean and safe storage. Highly recommended.
My experience storing things here was great. It was easy to access my things by my self, including to clean out my space. Everything was professional and clean.

Excellent service, a bit pricey in an absolute sense, but that's what you get in Amsterdam. Beside this, I have used their service for six months and everything was perfect. I also bought the free van/mover service, i.e. a person came to my house to pick up what I had when I changed apartment and moved everything to the storage. Really good and smooth service.
An extensive range of storage solutions, friendly staff and easy and safe access. I'm very pleased with their service and fast communication, would recommend to anyone!
I am blown away by the team! Consistently stellar experience across the board! Not only all the basics like access, storage, security and onboarding experience were excellent, the team goes above and beyond in supporting and care. They even were understanding and generous when I messed up my side of the standard procedures closer to the end. Highly recommend the team!
