Our first Vegan Breakfast spot in Amsterdam. Saturday they opened at 8:30 we orderd vegan American pancakes with Marple sirup, peanut butter and blueberrys/bananas on top. One Americano and one espresso. The waiter was super nice and this places interior is just so cool. The food we got tasted delicious. We would definitely come again. Price for the pancake with extras is about 15 euros. This is absolutely ok because the quality is perfect.

My boyfriend ordered a savory one and claimed that as a big mistake. But I ordered the one with dates and optional peanut butter, banana and syrup. It tastes so good! Oh and the coconut shaves. Adding the peanut butter is a huge improvement on the taste wise, so much richer!

I was really excited about trying Moak, they definitely have a super strong and pleasant brand identity. Unfortunately the pancakes, their main thing, were very disappointing. I ordered the mancakes and in the end only finished the bacon. The hummus on the avocado tasted mass produced, which is unfortunate as well . They only had two staff members over lunch time, and at one stage the waitress was in the kitchen. So obviously not the best day to visit, but their fresh juices are fantastic and the location is superb.

Very tasty pancakes and nice lively atmosphere. The cappuccino sadly was quite lacking. It came from a machine and wasn't worth the 2.50, so pick something else for a drink. One of the few places to get American style pancakes in Amsterdam. 5 stars for the food, but I love coffee so 4 stars overall.

I keep going here pretty much every second weekend. The pancakes are truly simple (without the unnecessary) of a reliable high quality and delicious, prices -- very reasonable. People who work here -- extremely friendly. Love it!
