We bought several pieces of furniture from Ligne Roset brand at Mobilia. We have always been happy with the service provided by their interior designer. Recently, the marble plate of our salon table broke and we got it replaced. One of their interior designer, Johannes Bloemer, has been extremely helpful and professional. He took over the full process of ordering a new plate and arranging the repairing. Despite the covid slowdown, he informed us regularly about the status of our order and made sure that we were happy with the result. Everything went as fast as possible. We are fully satisfied with Mobilia and will buy again there with no doubt.

Traditionally bad customer service. Do you even want to sell some of your furniture? Then change your customer service and don't let covid insanity make the service even worse than it already is.
Beautiful store with design furniture. It is pricey, but you will love it.
Great shop with an amazing assortiment and some of the friendliest and most patient staff in Amsterdam. This is an exclusive store with iconic furniture and decoration on offer but they keep it light and approachable. Pop in for good ideas and inspiration!
We've ordered a sofa and everything went well until some problems with the delivery occurred. Mobilia's staff didn't support us at all in finding a solution and eventually the problem was escalated to the owner. Rini's attitude was even worse, trying to bully us into taking blame for the incompetence of their delivery company. The very reason for Mobilia's existence is to provide service as they don't produce and only sell other brands. The post-purchase service they gave us was the worst we've ever had, especially the interaction with the owner - Rini Scherpenisse. If you're looking for premium experience go somewhere else.
