Four years ago I bought a pair of ladies dancing shoes for my girlfriend and she still has them. The store looks very nice and gives a feeling that a dance shoe store needs. They helped and advised us on how a dance shoe should fit and feel. They have a large range of high quality and pretty dancing shoes. We we're happy customers and we love to dance. Worst shop. The personnel is very rude and not willing to help, the owner seems to be very annoyed having me in the shop. exaggerated prices.. Went to another shop on the bilderdijkstraat, 30% cheaper and very kind and helpful. Will never walk in this shop again..
Would not recommend at all, I asked for advice but didnt get it. Very rude and condescending, I felt like the owner was really annoyed were even in the shop. It made me feel so bad I just had to leave. Not a lot of choice either.
The perfect shoes
Nico's Dansport is brilliant! After a frustrating time of trying to find flamenco shoes in two other shops I ended up in Nico's. From the minute I stepped in the service was brilliant - nothing was a problem - speaking English, making sure the shoes fit my feet well and getting a skirt out of the window for me to try. It was really lovely to feel looked after. I felt I could ask as many questions as I wanted and I feel confident that the shoes were fit to my feet rather than me buying my size and hoping. I will be back for sure. Thank you for looking after me so well!
