Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. They didn't speak English and yelled at me in Dutch to do stuff that I wasn't obviously understanding. They aggressively refused to give me the bike because \I was not understanding\ and they refused to even speak a basic English because \we are not in England\. Pretty sure it was the worst and most ridiculous customer service experience I had in the Netherlands.

Quick service to rent an OV-fiets or just to park your bicycle in the garage for a few days. It can get super busy on weekends though, so don't hesitate to visit the other OV-fiets rental point on the East side of Centraal station!

Horrible customer service. I brought my bike back today and when I asked politely where to put it the staff member didn't even bother to talk to me but instead aggressively shooed me out of the store and then yelled at me for standing in the way. I've never been treated this rudely a shop, very bad experience.
