I bought a pair of trainers two months ago for a friend in Portugal, at the shop I also bought a camping bag, no need to take the box yesterday I went back spoke with shop manager told me, bring it back today I did only to find out. If don't bring the box no returns end no exchange. Really disappointing service no good..just lost a loyal customer. Cheers Perry.
