I enjoyed my vegan Pho very much. The broth was very tasty along with everything in it especially the mushrooms. It could use a bit extra greens. We also had the veggie vermicelli salad with fried spring rolls and I it was beautiful. The place is contemporary with a hint of authenticity the staff was helpful and food made very quick. I would definitely come back!

Pho Bo was great, reasonably priced. Soup was on point. Vermicelli noodles were smooth. Beef was well done with a hint of stir-fry. My only wish was a bigger lemon and more basils.
Vietnamese noodle soup restaurant that specializes in very specific dishes. As a starter their chicken wings are simply amazing and some of the best you'd get in Amsterdam! The Pho91 is a really great dish with a tasty and flavorful broth, that comes very close to what you'd get in it's original country.
Stopped by on a rainy afternoon to warm up with a bowl of pho. Ordered the Pho 91 and expectations were... met? The beef was high quality and the broth was fine. The noodles were tasty although the brisket was a bit tough. Chicken, beef balls, basil, and onions. All the things you would expect from a decent bowl of pho but nothing spectacular. For 16, you would’ve wanted something a bit extra but nonetheless it did the job on a cold Amsterdam afternoon.
I had a lovely dinner of Pho and crab cakes. The restaurant is clean and in good condition. The staff is friendly. It's small and very popular so be prepared. The prices are about the same as in London.
