If I could give the staff in this shop a rating of minus 10, I would! They never smile, they never say thank you, they are very unhelpful and all of them have faces like a wet weekend! Miserable, slow witted and unhappy people! I have been using this post office for over a year now as it's close to where I live and it's the same every time I go there. Today I called them to ask about a package I had posted from there and I was told to \wait\.. No please.. nothing, just \WAIT\ The phone was then put to one side and I was left waiting & waiting & waiting. In the end I drove to the shop, only to find the miserable woman who works in there, still serving customers with the phone left on the side! As usual , she was unfriendly, unapologetic, unhelpful and generally unpleasant to deal with! If I can find another post office near by, I will never step foot in this place again. If I were you, I would avoid this place at all costs unless you want bad vibes and rude service. THE STAFF SUCK!
