Best Ramen... maybe best outside Japan. I've been to many Ramen shops but i'm very glad that the best ramen is in our little country Netherlands. Very friendly staff and been here for couple of years now. Always a big smile when you enter the ramen heaven. Its located in a basement setting but you dont need anything else but enjoy the meal. Dont forget to get the homemade layu :D (hot chili oil) and mayu (garlic oil) to finetune your ramen meal. They got also very good starters.. I recommend the pork belly buns YUM.. You wont regret your visit. Kind regards, Jerrold

Probably the best ramen noodle soup place in Amsterdam. The restaurant is located on basement level, which offers a remarkably large dining area. The pork belly buns are a great way to start off your meal, followed by a bowl of sesame chicken ramen. And if you are not full after finishing your soup, a small moji ice cream finishes off the meal nicely. The staff is friendly and happy to help or explain.

Good taste with value. Volume is satisfactory. Large number of seats but always crowded with people from all over the world. お店広々。

This is a great ramen bar, the interior is beautifully designed and I appreciated the cutesy “windows” for COVID measures to keep people separated. The ramen itself. Although it looked underwhelming, the broth was full of flavour. The egg unfortunately wasn’t flavoured, just a standard boiled egg but in all, a great experience! Pricing is extremely expensive compared to Japan/Australia... but for Amsterdam it is relatively well priced (this tonkotsu shoyu ramen bowl was around 12-13) I’ve already been twice and will probably head back soon!
