We went to celebrate my sister going to university, in total we were 6 people. We asked for a bottle of wine and it turned out they didn't have it, that happens, next bottle of wine same thing happens as well as the next one. So we decided to order champagne (Bollinger) and the exact same thing happened. We were then offered a bottle of champagne which was worse than what we wanted. Finally we asked if they could tell us which wines they actually did have. We received a menu with most things crossed out. The manager said it was due to the pandemic however all other restaurants we had visited as well as our hotel did not have these problems. Finally, when we got a bottle of champagne, we were forced to serve ourselves as the waitstaff did not seem to be found. This continued throughout the night and there were only 4 other tables. We also had to serve our own water. Throughout all these interactions the manager was very condescending and patronising. For a place which chargers 100 for a menu I expected much much better service. The only redeeming quality was the chef who made great food and was a pleasure to talk to.

Very very delicious! Our food was prepared by the master Hosokawa himself. We were very honoured! He knows how to prepare and plate his creations! Definitely a place to come back too!
We booked teppanyaki table - it was amazing! Highly skilled chef - what a show! Very good service, great wine list, super tasty dishes - we had a wonderful evening!
Ordered a set meal “Sanada” for dinner and it was tasty all the way. Dessert chocolate dream is good too. Environment is comfortable and service is good. Price is reasonable. Worth a try.
Nice relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly staff and good selection of SUSHI and sake. Very enjoyable experience.
