They are extremely rude, and they also managed to scam me. Paid 10 euros for patching my inner tube that lasted for like 5 minutes. They didn't even check the rim tape, which turned out to be broken, so the spoke hole puctured the tire again at the same place. Looks like I know more about fixing a tire than they do, yet I don't even own a repair shop...

Asked to replace my rear inner tube and exchange the break cable from my rear brake. Good: brought it noon, it was done in the evening. Bad: The brake cable was way too lose, my belt/chain had not enough tension. The enthusiasm visible fixing the improper repair was -5, on a scale from 1-10 (letting tools fall down, sloppy handling of customer's bike and in the end, I will have to shorten the cable further as it's not short enough after 2m ofter riding) Price: cable exchange was proposed with 15 incl. work, inner tire apparently was 6 (he said that when doing the calculation), I paid 33.50 in total. So apparently, work for changing a rear inner tube is 12.50(!) Personally, I will chose a different shop the next time. Edit: I just rated it from two stars to one star. As it turned out, they overtightened the screw of my back wheel when mounting the wheel to the frame, destroying the thread of my rear axle. Coming back the next day and complaining about it, they recut the thread of the axle, but it did not last. Not only do I now need a new back wheel, they also did not remove the cause for the flat tire in first place: Something sharp was stuck in the outer tire, which caused the flat tire in first place. By only replacing the inner tube, it was a matter of time before the inner tube failed 1.5 days later again. Thank you for nothing, I can only recommend to stay away from this place.
They overcharge and have no idea what they're doing. Got stuck here when my bike broke down nearby. They charged me 50 euros for some minor adjustments and replaced a brand new chain. The whole thing broke again three days later.
Emergency and they helpt me in 15 minutes, was nice to watch foothball when i was waiting on my bike.
Dit zijn oplichters: ze hebben geen idee wat ze doen. Ze zijn onbereikbaar, zelfs als je langs gaat is er niemand die iets zinnigs kan zeggen over de reparatie. Mijn fiets is nog meer beschadigd dan toen ik hem bracht. De fietsenmaker die hem nu repareert wist niet wat hij zag.
Ooit zat hier een hele goede vakkundige fietsenmaker wat ook handgemaakte Belgische transportfietsen verkocht. Deze zit hier helaas niet meer. Bespaar jezelf je geld en moeite want communiceren kunnen de huidige exploitanten niet. Tot 2 maal toe langs gekomen om mijn fietsreparatie op te halen maar deze bleek elke keer niet klaar te zijn. Uiteindelijk heeft mijn fiets daar een week gestaan omdat ze de klus niet geklaard kregen. Een simpel belletje kan er kennelijk niet van af.
10,50 voor banden plakken. Helaas was het de volgende dag weer lek omdat er nog een stuk glas in de buitenband zat die ze niet hadden gevonden. Slordig.
