Absolutely poor service, rude and unresponsive agent (Tijmen J), never answered his phone or called me back for a whole month They had a month to prepare the apartment and nothing was done. On my move day, there was a tenant in there, it was not clean, the broken lights were not fixed, and everything else that was promised - absolutely nothing was done. No help with information on utilities - I called for help and the lady said “it’s not our problem”. Avoid like a plague!

Terrible agency, avoid renting through them at all costs. From the moment we signed the rental contract for a flat with them, they became completely unresponsive, ignoring our emails and calls and not following through on things they promised and repairs needed. We even went to their office personally to try and resolve the situation, and the agent and Director of the company, who we had been speaking with, turned his back and walked away from us. Appalling customer service, don't rent through them.
Horrible company to deal with. I have been trying to receive my security deposit back for 6 months, with no explanation why it hasn't been returned. Their unprofessional & illegal business practices has forced me to get a lawyer.
We had to cancel a viewing because we were struck in traffic and called three hours in advance to apologize and ask to reschedule. The person on the phone said it was fine and that we would receive a call later to reschedule. We then received a call later where we got insulted and yelled at on the phone for missing our appointment despite the fact that we called ealier. They failed to pass on the message and we then got insulted over the phone and called a child by text by this very offensive person. They failed at doing their job and then proceeded on abusing us over the phone as if it was our fault. AVOID AT ALL COST.
Geweldig bedrijf, werk er al jaren mee samen, zowel met grote als kleine opdrachten wordt professioneel omgegaan. Respect voor zowel huurders als eigenaars staat hoog in het vaandel. Snap niets van de negatieve reacties, herken bedrijf en vooral eigenaar hier totaal niet in. Wat een toegewijde mensen, chapeau!
