Their customer service is the WORST EVER. I booked a flight and I had to call myself to find out that the flight has been cancelled, 2 weeks before departure, due to technical problems. They tell me they will send me a voucher so I can book a different flight. That took me THOUSANDS of phone call, never got the voucher, had to go to their office to figure everything out. The workers are SUPER rude. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN in my life will I purchase a ticket from them. If the ticket seems cheap, please do safe some more and buy from a different airline. It will save you a lot of trouble.

This airplane company was a total disaster. First of all my parents booked at royal air maroc. I don't understand how we pay for a company but they give us a plane that is normally so much cheaper. We flew with an atlas plane which was totally disgusting and not even cleaned up. The cabin attendants were rude and unproffesional. When we went to Morocco they didn't even show safety stuff like they always have to do in a plane. The food was disgusting, I couldn't eat neither of them. I am so disappointed especially with the price of the plane tickets and the service i got back for it. I took the pictures right when I entered the plane.
The very worst airline (and I know an awful lot of them). First I show up with a valid rescheduled ticket but although I paid and was in the computer I was not allowed boarding. Since I arrived early at the airport I had the chance to call the airline. However nobody was able to sort it out. Promised to call back but did not! Twice! I decided to buy a second more expensive ticket on the spot because I had to take that flight. Secondly I tried to get my money back for the second ticket. I handed all my details a zillion times but without any luck. Even worse I was talking to a call agent and she was not interested to hear my story and simply hung up........
Worst airline ever. Don’t know why anybody should fly with them. The service is bad, but customer service is even worse. If you are not Muslim (and don’t behave that way), they ignore you.
The air maroc costumer care has nothing to write home about, they are so appalling, just pray you don't fall a victim of missing luggage
