I had a pair of new sandals not fitting my feet. I simply wanted to make one of the strips shorter and I thought it's an easy job. However, I went to two shoe makers and none of them could do that for me! One of them recommended me this shop. It's not so close to my place but I thought ok just give it a try. The shoe maker immediately knew what to do. He also sped it up for me so that I could pick it up on the same day. The MOST amazing thing was, he did what we agreed on, but the sandals still didn't fit. He didn't just leave it, but asked me to put it off and did the adjustment again for me! And the price is also lower than I thought. I give 10/10. And I was so sorry that I didn't ask for his name so that I can say thank you again here. But, thank you!
