The workers in the shop were really patient, they are really helpful!!! Also the drink was so nice and tasty, you can literally taste the freshness of the milk, really high quality. I know a lot of shops use all kinds of powders for the taste but SooTea is different. They use all natural ingredients. You might judge this shop through their look, it doesn’t have a fancy decoration. But I think they probably used all their money on the good ingredients hahaha.

Bad customer service. We walked in and were told to leave until they opened (2 minutes later). Then they refused to honor our stamped loyalty card. Not coming back.

Very insta friendly store. Good tea following the brown sugar trend. I really like the brown sugar jelly, good texture and differentiates the shop from others. Very pricey 6.45 for milktea.

Amazing bubble tea! Very good for BTS fans. The tapioca is perfect and you get the right ammount in every cup. The cups are cute and the drinks look like little artworks... Your happy till the very end of the drink! And the cup you can reuse at home.
