First let me start with saying that the staff is EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! Everyone was very willing to show me (a beginner) the many options the store has to offer. I went in to look for 1 specific type of yarn and left with a bag full, that's how wonderful it was! Yes, it's more pricey but it's 100% worth it: for a fair price you will get some really nice quality fibres, hours of fun and something special to wear! 10/10 would recommend :)

Absolutely wonderful yarn shop! I am a novice crocheter. Having made many afghans, potholders, and doilies, decided it was time to make my first top. Chose an easy summer top pattern, but did not bring the pattern with me to the shop. I did have the gauge and yarn weight in my head. Rebecca showed me through their amazing array of yarns. They have several hand-dyed lines that are spectacular. Rebecca spent a great deal of time trying to help me, but I couldn’t decide on a yarn that would be suitable. The manager of the shop suggested maybe I should try a different pattern...brilliant! They have a tablet right in the store for customer use. Rebecca helped me find a better pattern and then found the perfect yarn to make it. The ladies here are wonderful! They are happy to help even a novice crocheter like me. And like I mentioned, their selection of yarns is just stunning! I will be returning here often. Thank you ladies!

Visiting this shop in Amsterdam is truly a delightful experience in a city full of delightful experiences. I have been here several times over the last few years and it never fails to bring me joy. The beautifully displayed yarn is a visual feast and the staff are friendly and helpful. The first time I visited it was an *extremely* hot summer day, and the air conditioned, beautiful store, with a friendly chat with the shop keeper to pass some time, made it seem like a magical oasis. I have sent several friends here who have had similar experiences.
