The contract of this student house is horrible. Please be aware that the termination of the contract only be effective in every 1 day of month and need one month notice period. But when we sign the contract, they only told me I need to tell them one month in advance. I asked for termination in 8 Jan, but it only will be effective in March 1. I have to pay one month extra rent. And the charge of heating is totally no sense and won't give you any details about how much you spent.

Lovely student housing. Great facilities and takes 15 minutes to central station. Grocery store, bars, clubs and restaurants near by.
