I wasn't a patient yet but contacted them because they are open on the Saturdays. I had some severe toothache and left them a voice-mail. I got called Saturday morning and got informed that they received my voice-mail but that they were fully booked. They were going to reschedule some appointments to squeeze me in, fortunately I got called back and could be seen in the late morning. The team was really helpful and relieved me from the pain. The practice was well organized and Covid-proof!

The receptionists were very rude when I tried to make an appointment for the first time. Completely turned me off.. if you want good customer service I would go elsewhere..
