Overall 3 stars because of customer service!! I ordered a manuel on wednesday evening (8:52pm) and they promised to send it to me within 24 hours. However, it did not happen so I sent them a whatsapp message on Thursday at around 9:30pm. No one replied (I expected a reply in the morning) until I filled in the online contact form this afternoon (Friday). Few minutes after I filled in the form, I received the manuel digitally but no one explained or apologized for the ‘mistake’(?). If you can’t send it within 24 hours, don’t state that in your email!!! Really disappointing. However, I would give 5 stars for the exam training because it was really useful. Teacher was patient and we indeed practise a lot of exam questions. The manuel is clear and included questions for practise as well, it’s a nice summary! Update: I got a reply on whatsapp at 1:45 pm (Friday) but this problem has been solved after I filled in the online contact form. However, still no apology for the wait!

Shapeless Journeys

I've done the 3 x 4 hour course for ENG Psychology Statistics with Tabi Mahmood and was very happy with it. Tabi is excellent in explaining and very clear and organized, she was able to answer all the questions and very knowledgeable. I do have to say we went over everything very quickly, which is understandable because we had to finish everything in 3 x 4 hours, but it means that it really only helps if you have basic knowledge of Statistics to be able to keep up. For me the firs two meetings were easy to understand because of the basic knowledge I had already, but the last meeting I really lacked the knowledge and therefore was not able to keep up at all. So all in all a great course, T. Mahmood is very knowledgeable and super clear and organized, but basic knowledge of statistics is needed if following this course. ---------------------------------------------------------- 2hr 1.3 Statistics Cedo Nulli Masterclass: Ontzettend duidelijke uitleg, de powerpoint presentatie was heel goed te volgen door het gebruik van verscheidene kleuren, inzoomen/uitzoomen en Geiske Tjeerdsma was er ook vaardig in. Vragen in de chat werden meteen beantwoord. Geiske was echt ontzettend duidelijk in het verwoorden van alle moeilijke formules etc. 2 uur is natuurlijk te weinig om over alle stof te gaan en dit was uiteraard een proefles, maar zeker aan te raden!

I was introduced to this company through my company which was a partner company. I've met the people working there and learned about their impact. Its quite impressive, they've helped so many students excel succeed in their studies. They built a system where students and teacher can both meet learn/teach and both benifet out of it. Their main interest is \students first\. I've seen their sessions and their method of helping students and i can vouch for it. Do try it! As a student, teacher and as a member of such an amazing company.
