I been here today with my friend, because last time we bought some stuff, and we paid with the Phone eCard. My friend didn’t look at the I machine to pay, because we thought all was ok, and when we reached home, we realised that he added 20 to the price. Next day we came back to ask for an explanation, and he just started shouting and trying to push us out the shop with 0% respect. He didn’t even want to check the system to see how much was it, he just refused us because we didn’t give a ticket (the seller didn’t give in the sell) Just unrespectful, and not profesional By the way their products are easily found able in every shop and for a lower price

The most amazing customer service ever! I was looking for something they didn't have. The owner found the item in Google and called another shop to check if they have it. He gave me directions and wished good vibrations! The shop has an excellent selection of products and the owner is incredibly helpful. Highly recommended, you will feel at home here
Came here first in 2014 or early 2015, had a okay experience, shop is big compared to others in A'dam, lots of selection especially if you like your leather/PVC and most at a reasonable price (again compared to other places in A'dam which rip you right off). Visited ever since I discovered it, and recently (Feb 2019) had an unbelievable visit, staff member was American, extremely helpful and full of information and also reassured me not to feel any pressure or judgement, sparked a little conversation with him, extremely easy to talk to (you actually forget where you are when hes there). He recommended something based on my girlfriends prior experiences and Im glad I took his advice as what I got was just about within limits! Highly recommended if you're into the area and looking to pick something up for a good price, you will definitely find something to your tastes.
Rude and stupid to a 10 year customer. Never had such a bad experience in my life in a shop.
