My fiancée and I visited The Mill on a holiday to Amsterdam, the staff in store were really friendly and helpful and very informative about diamond clarity, cut, carat and colour. I contacted again a few months later by email to discuss engagement rings, I gave my budget and discussed what I wanted and the goldsmith told me what I could get in this price range and produced some 3d mockups of how the ring would look. Once I'd chosen the ring, Maurice showed me a range of diamonds that suited my budget. When the ring was finished, it was sent to me next day from Amsterdam to UK. After proposing, the ring was slightly too large, as we were in Amsterdam we went to the shop to have it resized. Maurice resized the ring free of charge and Denise showed us a wide range of wedding bands. I ordered my wedding band by email as with the engagement ring, and Maurice was again very helpful in providing information about the material, size and profile. This was also sent by next day delivery. I'm very satisfied with the service provided by The Mill.
