Dit doen we in opdracht van Waterschap Amstel, Gooi en Vecht en de gemeente Amsterdam.

Great architecture, looking nice at night

I have never been treated so badly in my life. They gave me wrong information on the phone and told me to wait for the next invoice (we were relocating) and then I got a letter from the incassobureau. I called them and they started yelling at me that I should pay. Plus I had to pay a huge fine for late payment.

I will never/ever choose the Waternet if I would register for tap water in the future. also not recommend someone who need to apply it as well. The Waternet prganization is not ready to support for customers based on experience today.

Scammers! The company doesn't send any water bill so that they can send you the debt collectors directly and force you to pay more money.

Contact with customer service varies enormously, depending on who will talk to you.. And the 09009394 number doesnt seem to work either.. despite calling in the middle of the day:(

Only had appalling experiences with waternet. I called to ask for a clarification of the numerous bills they've been sending me but was given absolutely no help, and on top of that they were extremely unfriendly and sassy. Very disappointed. It's a real shame that they're the only water providers in Amsterdam... don't think anyone would use their services if they weren't.
