Warning against this shop! If you order here, you will receive your goods very quickly. But if you have to send something back, you get a nasty surprise. Mantel then claims that you used the item and that it is therefore no longer worth as much. You have to pay for the loss in value or take the item back. In my case, the packaging had already been opened and was therefore no longer original. I will never buy here again and cannot recommend the shop. What a shame!

Zowel de superstore als de Mantel Noord winkel zijn erg goed. Betrouwbaar, aardig en uiteraard professioneel voor advies of voor reparaties. En ze hebben vaak goede fiets deals

Fijne fietsenwinkel met vriendelijk personeel. In tegenstelling tot hun grotere superstores is dit de plek waar het allemaal begon en is er meer ruimte voor persoonlijke aandacht.

Op zich goede service. Wel meer vervangen dan afgesproken, en meer uren gerekend voor een city-beurt, maar dat was wellicht te verwachten. Fiets is wel weer in goede staat, en dat is waar het om gaat. Medewerkers zijn erg behulpzaam, bijvoorbeeld door direct een band op losse velg te leggen of een reparatie ad hoc uit te voeren.
