My bakfiets problem was considered unfixable by two previous repair shops but they solved it in less than 30 minutes. Owner was very courteous and helpful, I cannot say enough good things about the place.

Bought a second-hand bike, they assured that it was in a great condition and it did look sturdy and well kept enough. However, after a week I needed to change the front tire's tube and two weeks later the back tire's tube. The service I got back at the store was unbelievably rude, even though I just went there to get my bike fixed. Would not recommend to others.
