I let him order the glasses to me. First he to me I will receive it in one week and from now. It been waiting a month already so I ask for refund and he said he can’t do that. What a shame on the owner why you can’t make it on time but you still told me you can do it. To do a good business you have to make a customer trust you and you can do it but now you make me know the real of Arnold Booden Unique eye fashion so you lost a big credit from me.

Never have been treated such disrespectfully and shamefully as in this shop - hearing that I don't appear seriously interested so I should go to another shop to find glasses. No service, no advice, only disregard. The worst experience I have ever had in a shop ( and I am working as brand manager in fashion so I have lots of retail experience). It leaves me with a shock and a big shame for the store owner.

Na een lange zoektocht naar een nieuwe bril kwam ik bij Arnold Booden terecht. Topwinkel met eerlijk advies en prima service. Als je iets anders wilt dat het standaard spul van de grote ketens, is het zeker de moeite om hier eens te gaan kijken.

Met smaak, flair, professionaliteit en visie, welk montuur bij welk gezichtstype past, weet Arnold Booden mij binnen een minuut altijd de juiste bril op te zetten. "Wie de bril past, trekke hem aan". Ik zie er altijd beter uit met een van zijn monturen dan zonder. Mijn zonnebril Chanel is mijn favoriet! Hij weet mij door zijn liefde voor vormgeving en vakmanschap altijd weer te overtuigen. Puur door vakkundigheid van de aardige meneer die mij helpt en tijd voor mij heeft en neemt onder een genot van een lekker kopje koffie.
